The changes in normal aging that an individual experiences aren’t essentially harmful. With age, the hair of an individual thins and becomes gray. Also, the skin thins, and becoming saggy and less elastic. Unavoidably, as people grow old, older relatives pass away, then a few friends can become ill and pass away, then death of a partner concerns a lot of people. Social losses and physical losses that can be associated with normal aging may be very emotionally difficult. Sadness and grief are normal responses to such circumstances, and people can’t eliminate these responses.
On the other hand, among the most significant aspects of healthy aging is shifting to a healthy way of living. As you get older, your everyday life becomes more and more passive and if you immediately don’t modify your bad practices, creaky and sore joints are definitely going to hurt you in the future.
